Delete your EVVO account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or on the web. Deletion is permanent.

Step by step in the app

  1. Open EVVO

    Sign in to the account you want to delete.

  2. Go to the Profile tab

    It is in the app’s bottom bar.

  3. Tap “Delete account” (“Excluir conta”)

    The option is at the end of the screen. It also appears under Privacy and Data (“Privacidade e Dados”), as “Delete my account”.

  4. Confirm with “Yes, delete account” (“Sim, excluir conta”)

    The app warns that this cannot be undone. Once you confirm, the account is deleted and you are signed out.

No access to the app? Delete on the web

If you can’t open the app, request deletion on EVVO’s account page:

  1. Go to conta.evvohealth.app/excluir and enter the account’s email.

  2. If an account with that email exists, you will receive a confirmation link, valid for 1 hour. Check your spam folder too.

  3. Open the link, review what will be deleted and confirm.

conta.evvohealth.app is EVVO’s account service, at an address separate from this site.

Have an active subscription? Cancel it first.

Deleting your EVVO account does not cancel an active subscription: billing continues until you cancel in the store. Cancel first in the store where you subscribed, then delete the account.

What is deleted

When you confirm, the following are removed from EVVO’s systems:

  • your sign-in account (email and sign-in method);
  • your profile and the data you provided, such as goal, routine, preferences and recorded health information;
  • your diet and workouts, with your session history;
  • your body measurement history and daily progress;
  • your hydration and emotional trigger logs;
  • your favorite recipes and the coach’s weekly comments;
  • consent records and the email and age confirmation records.

What may be kept

  • The technical record of a subscription purchase is kept, but is no longer linked to the deleted account.
  • Information that must or may be kept under applicable law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • What has already been sent to the artificial intelligence service (OpenAI), server technical logs, Analytics and Crashlytics data and any backups are not reached by the deletion and follow the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Photos taken in the app do not go to EVVO’s servers: those you saved on your device or shared with other apps are not affected by the deletion.
