How the subscription works

Monthly and annual plans
You choose the period in the app. The price and conditions are shown by the store before you confirm the purchase.

Automatic renewal
The subscription renews at the end of each period unless it is cancelled before the current period ends.

Cancel in the store
You manage and cancel the subscription in the store where you subscribed, with the account used for the purchase. Uninstalling the app or deleting your EVVO account does not stop billing.

Restore purchases
Changed phones or reinstalled the app? Use “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen, with the same store account.
How much does EVVO Premium cost?
The prices of the monthly and annual plans are shown in the app and in the store, in your currency, before you confirm the subscription.
How do I cancel the subscription?
On Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, with the account used for the purchase. In the app, the Profile tab has a “Manage subscription” (“Gerenciar assinatura”) shortcut.
Do I lose access as soon as I cancel?
Access to Premium features may remain available until the end of the period already paid for, according to the store’s conditions.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refund requests follow the rules and procedures of the store that processed the purchase.
Does EVVO store my card details?
No. Payment is processed by the app store. EVVO only receives the information needed to confirm that your account has access to Premium.
