EVVO is a wellbeing app that organizes training, nutrition and habits in one place, with a virtual coach that follows each person’s routine.
What EVVO is
Changing habits often fails because of scattered information and lack of consistency. EVVO puts the workout plan, the diet, hydration, measurements and reminders in the same app and adapts everything to each person’s goal, level and routine.
The app is a tool to support personal organization. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe diets or exercises and does not replace care from health professionals.
EVVO’s principles

Support, not substitution
Plans and suggestions are for information only. People with health conditions, who take medication or have specific needs should seek professional guidance.

Adults only
EVVO is intended for people aged 18 or over. In the new version of the app, age is confirmed before use.

Optional choices switched off
Optional consents start switched off and can be changed in the Profile. The account can be deleted in the app or on the web.

Transparent AI
We say where artificial intelligence is used and remind you that generated content may contain errors.

No selling of data
EVVO does not sell personal data and does not use health, body, food or emotional data for advertising.

Virtual coaches, no pretending
Leo, Clara, Alex and Sol are characters in the app, not people. They remind, encourage and push you, always as virtual coaches.
Where EVVO uses artificial intelligence
Three features use AI. Requests are sent to EVVO’s servers (Firebase Cloud Functions), which call OpenAI technology and return the result to the app:
- diet generation, from your goal, estimated calories and the foods you like and avoid;
- workout generation, from your goal, level, equipment, availability and age; the description of a physical limitation is only sent with your authorizations for health information and for its use in workouts;
- the coach’s weekly comment, from a numeric summary of your week.
The other features, such as the BMI and water goal calculations, logs and reminders, work without AI. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Who operates EVVO
EVVO is operated in Brazil by the person responsible identified in the Privacy Policy, which also gives the channel for privacy questions and for exercising your rights.
